    • Delivery Times: Most customers can schedule delivery within 24 hours; nearly all within 72 hours. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Expansion Plans: Policies are designed to remain consistent as we expand to other areas within Florida.

3. Cancellations and Changes

  • Sample Requests:
    • Modifications: Cannot be guaranteed but may often be accommodated.

  • Flooring Materials Orders:
    • No Cancellation After Payment: Orders cannot be canceled after payment is made.
    • Refusal of Delivery: If delivery is refused, we will take back the materials, but no refund will be issued.
  • Installation Services:
    • Cancellation: Can be canceled at any time.
    • Charges Applied: Customers will be responsible for the cost of installed materials, labor costs, dumping fees, plus a 50% surcharge.

  • Sample Pick-Up: Customers must schedule pick-up of flooring samples within 14 days of delivery.
  • All Sales Final: All sales are final. No refunds or credits are issued.
